How I take a web product to production

The frame first

I start from what counts as launch. For a site, launch is an enquiry that arrives. For a cabinet, it is a status that does not live in a thread.

Until that frame is written down, I do not draw extra screens.

Then something that runs

I show what already opens in a browser. A deck does not replace a form or a queue.

Launch is an address

A product is launched when it has an address, a path, and a person who knows where the enquiry lands.
