Task
Not another law chatbot — a full legal product. Public portal: expert answers, topic catalog, news with practical takeaways, ask-an-expert, landings for contract review and 44-FZ applications. Professional AI cabinet: RF-law chat with norm citations, document builder, Word-class editor, procurement mode, counterparty checks, matters with files and roles. Plus bankruptcy and gov tenders vitrine and clear pricing for individuals, lawyers, and in-house teams.
Constraints
Cabinet is three resizable panes: chat/folder/matter tree, dialogue, A4 editor. Assistant modes: chat, document, procurement, counterparties, edit via track changes. Answers lean on norms and official allowlisted sources — not invented law. Documents: DOCX/PDF import/export, OCR, versions, Legal QA. Orgs: on-prem, seats, private RAG. Guest mode is limited; full history and exports need sign-in.
Shipped
Production at yur-chat.rf. Portal: home search and categories, answers/catalog, legal news, experts, ask-expert form, cabinet docs, Start/Practice/Pro plans, dozens of document generators. AI cabinet: chats/folders, Matter Workspace, chat with OCR and official web search, document mode, procurement mode with ZIP for ETP, counterparty mode, full editor with Legal QA inspector. ETP vitrine: bankruptcy 127-FZ and GIS Torgi. Billing: token packs, non-expiring top-ups, referrals, notifications.
Result
A user can start in the knowledge base or open the cabinet: ask a situation, review a file, draft a contract or procurement pack, check a counterparty, and export DOCX/PDF/ZIP. A lawyer stays in one UI instead of jumping between chat, Word, and tender sites. For business: the portal attracts, the cabinet retains via subscription, ETP and generators feed extra entry points.
